Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) Submission
To have your "proof of completion" information automatically submitted to the AGD, make sure to add your AGD membership number on the roster sign in sheet. Allow at least 30 days for your credit transfer to appear in your AGD account.
Refund Policy:
All tuition purchases are final and non-refundable. Once the course is purchased, no refund will be granted, regardless of the reason. Exchanges are allowed. Participants will be allowed to exchange with another course, course date, or participant - the attendee may be switched. Exchange requests must be received by email at shana@ackermanmgmt.com at least 1 week prior to course start date. No exchange will be granted if the request is within 1 week of course start date.
Credit Card Policy:
I will not challenge such credit or debit card payments once course has been completed.. The company encourages complete communication and follow-up interaction to address any issues with program implementation that might arise. I agree that this non credit card challenge agreement is irrevocable.
